Rotary Youth Exchange Programme Each year, local Rotary districts and clubs worldwide arrange thousands of international exchanges for high school-aged students. The primary goal of the program is to foster world understanding by way of intercultural exchange.

Helene arrived from France in August 2008, starting her one-year stay in Ulverstone.

Ana stayed in Ulverstone for one year - from August 2005 - and was hosted in Rotary members and other community members homes during her stay.

On 4th August, we said farewell to Ana and she returned to her home to France.

We wish her well and a happy and successful life, which we hope was enriched by her stay in Australia and, in some small way, will help in our quest to achieve greater international understanding between countries and cultures.
